§ 1     Name and registered office of the association

§ 2    Purpose of the association

  1. The association pursues exclusively and directly charitable purposes within the meaning of the section "Tax-privileged purposes" of the tax code.
    The purpose of the association is to promote sport and youth work.

  2. The association is selflessly active; it does not primarily pursue its own economic purposes.

  3. Funds of the association may only be used for statutory purposes. The members do not receive payments from the association.
    If the financial situation of the association allows it, the members of the board are entitled to pay expense allowances from the volunteer flat rate according to §3 No.26a Income Tax Act.

  4. No person may be favored by expenses that are alien to the purpose of the association or by disproportionately high remuneration.

§ 3     Memberships of the association

The club is a member of the District Sports Association eV Stormarn, the State Sports Association of Schleswig-Holstein and the German Sports Association.

§ 4    Members

 

1. The association has young members (up to the age of 18) with the right to vote and to be elected within the youth representation of the association and adult members with the right to vote.

§ 5     Acquisition of membership

  1. Any natural person can become a member of the association.

  2. The declaration of entry must be addressed in writing to the board of directors of the association. In the case of minors, the consent of a legal representative is required.

  3. Acceptance is decided upon by the board. The refusal must be communicated to the applicant in writing.

  4. The applicant accepts the statutes and the contribution regulations with the admission.

§ 6    Termination of membership

  1. Membership ends at

    d)   death

  2. Resignation can only be made in writing to the Executive Board with a notice period of
    6 weeks to 30.6. or on 31.12. one year.

  3. Exclusion from the association can take place if a member has violated the interests of the association. Furthermore, an exclusion is possible if the member has not paid the membership fee or other statutory claims of the association even after two unsuccessful written reminders. The claims do not expire through the exclusion.

  4. The extended board decides on the exclusion. Prior to this, the member must be given the opportunity to be heard. The exclusion must be communicated in writing.

  5. Upon termination of membership, there is no entitlement to any association assets.

§ 7      Duties of the members

  1. Members are obliged to pay dues.
    These duties are determined by the general assembly in the membership fee regulations.

  2. Upon application, the Executive Board can grant a reduction, deferral or waiver of membership fees.

  3. If a member violates the interests of the association, the board of directors can
    - issue a reprimand.
    - set a time-limited exclusion.
    - Costs, for example, for sports court proceedings transferred to the member.

§12   The youth of the association

The SSV Grossensee maintains a youth department, which organizes its club life in recognition of the applicable youth regulations of the state sports youth and district sports youth. All members up to the age of 18 belong to the youth club. In even-numbered years, they elect the youth director at a youth assembly to be convened for this purpose. He is a member of the extended board and is confirmed by the general assembly.
Young members are all those who have not yet reached the age of 18.

§ 13  Cash management and examination

  1. The treasurer has to keep a clearly arranged cash book as well as receipt folders with sequentially numbered receipts and expenditure receipts.

  2. The board of directors has to present the cash report for the past financial year and the "budget plan" for the next calendar year to the general assembly.

  3. Two cash auditors are appointed to audit the annual financial statements. You have to carry out a cash audit at least once a year.

  4. The cash auditors submit an audit report to the general meeting and apply for the discharge of the board of directors if the cash transactions are conducted properly.
    The cash auditors are elected for two years and may not belong to the board. One of the examiners is eliminated every year.
    You cannot be re-elected immediately.

§ 14  resolution

The association can dissolve if this occurs for the purpose of

These statutes come into effect on February 22, 2008.
